Cheesy Biscuits (vegan, gluten-free)

Ingredients:

2 1/2 C almond flour
1/4 cup plus 1 tbsp Cashew Cheesy Sauce
2 flax eggs (2 tbsp ground flax + 5 tbsp water)
1 tbsp olive oil
3/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tap onion powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt or herbamare
1 tbsp nutritional yeast

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a medium sized bowl mix flax "egg". Let sit for 5 minutes. In a separate, large bowl, mix almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, baking soda, salt and nutritional yeast. Add Cashew Cheesy Sauce and olive oil to the flax eggs and mix. Add the liquid mixture to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Shape 6, 1 inch high biscuits and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden.
